All orders are processed within 10–15 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Blckhub operates through a global fulfillment network, and products may be shipped from international warehouses.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 7–14 business days

  • GCC & Middle East: 8–16 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Flat-rate shipping for selected regions


4. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

This may happen because:

  • Items are sourced from different suppliers

  • Inventory is stored in multiple warehouses

You may receive items at different times.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.


6. Delays & External Factors

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Blckhub is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.


7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Blckhub is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.


9. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
